Facing stiff competition from online retailers, Barnes & Noble was looking for a way to increase in-store sales. They had an idea for a delivery service for Manhattan customers. Because books are heavy, customers were reluctant to buy multiple books at one time.
A delivery service would solve that problem. They came to Korn Hynes looking for a clever campaign to sell the service. The winning concept used Authors’ names in creative and engaging ways.
